Quickbooks Online and QBO integrated applications are the only cloud-based services we use. All the tools we use for tax services are secured on-premise and encrypted. Data backups of client files are stored on Canadian servers and encrypted by Acronis. For those clients that want additional security we offer email and file transfers using E-courier.ca, which uses bank level encryption for email and file transfers. We offer all our clients a complimentary account.
We don’t share your data with third parties unless you specifically authorize us to do so.
Confidentiality
The confidentiality of both your personal and business information is paramount. We will not rent, sell, or otherwise make your personal information, including contact information, available to any third-party without your permission.
